Jakarta (ANTARA) – South Korean technology giant Samsung plans to launch the Galaxy Ring smart ring device in the second half of 2024.
Samsung introduced the Galaxy Ring at the launch of the phone flagship Galaxy S24 last January, however, they have not provided information on when the device will be launched.

Samsung Electronics executive Daniel Seung Lee, as reported by the Phone Arena and SamMobile pages, Monday (5/2) local time, via a post on social media for LinkedIn professionals, reported that the Galaxy Ring would be launched in the second semester of 2024.
Although the exact launch date is not yet known, Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy Ring at the Galaxy Unpacked event in August, the brand’s annual event for the foldable Galaxy Z Fold and Galaxy Z Flip series.

There is not much specification information about the Galaxy Ring. During the Galaxy Unpacked event last January, Samsung stated that the smart ring was integrated with the Samsung Health health platform.
Later, it was discovered that the Galaxy Ring would be launched in three colors and sizes, the largest being 13 inches.
Before Samsung, Oura McLear had already released a smart ring on the market.
